Man For Today Visits: Gaziano & Girling & Globe Trotter

Here’s how Man For Today partnered up in crime with Nikki from La Vie Rebelle and we spent the afternoon and evening in Mayfair visiting the unmissable sartorial and luxury spots.

Continuing on our morning escapade, Nikki and I learn more about the world-class brand and craftsmanship of Gaziano & Girling, the perfectly suited high-end collaborations going on at Globe Trotter (the luggage connoisseur as seen in James Bond), the lovely grandeur of Maison Assouline, and finally the unmatchable blend of decor and liquor that is the Red Room bar at The Connaught Hotel.

I took that first step into what a world-class shoemaker does best — by starting with consultation, and Rico exemplifies that in such a knowledgeable, expertly manner. A black Oxford in the unmistakably beautiful G&G last is a winning investment for any gentleman’s wardrobe.

Nothing celebrates a commitment to quality craftsmanship quite like innovation and heritage in the form of two great British brands coming together. When Globe Trotter, which we should all recognise as James Bond’s premium luggage provider as seen in No Time To Die most recently, teams up with a company like Aston Martin, you know that little more is needed to say in how magnificent that is.

Nikki and I were kindly made privy to the exquisite detailing that forges the uniqueness of every suitcase in this racey one-off collaboration.

To watch this day in its fullest and brightest life, then check out the reel we made for some of the insights these brands were kind to share with us that could not be repeated more succinctly and elegantly here.
